Uploading Your Files

We use the most current Adobe software in a Mac environment to streamline services.  If you already have a print-ready piece designed, please click the link below to access our WeTransfer account to send us files.  We accept files in Mac and PC formats from the following programs: All versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, MS Word, and Adobe PDF.

Once we receive your files, we'll pre-flight and review them and let you know if we have any questions.

Best Practices for Submitting Files

  • If your artwork goes all the way to the edge of the page please include 1/8” (.125”) “bleed” in your artwork on all four sides

  • Include crop marks

​

  • Check that the resolution of all images is 300 PPI or higher at the size used in the design

​

  • If your design requires perforations or folds, please indicate those in the file

​​

  • Outlined fonts are not editable, so any changes or updates will require new files to be provided

​​

  • When submitting native files use the “Package” function so that all images, fonts, and graphics are included

​
